Hotel Features. A palm studded, marble lobby features sweeping staircases that lead to a second level walkway. Seven restaurants and bars include the hotel's signature restaurant, Old Manila. Vibrant contemporary art, murals and sculptures set the stage for the restaurant's European menu that focuses on French cuisine. Indian, Indonesian, Malaysian, Thai, Vietnamese and Filipino flavors introduce an array of taste sensations at Spices restaurant. Mi Place calls upon the seasonings of Italy, while Nielsen's serves breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. Extensive function facilities include 21 rooms and feature a grand ballroom that accommodates up to 500 people. A business center offers fax, photocopy and print services.
